Here at Rambo Collection, your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of your booking. Unfortunately due to the on going pandemic, couriers have been experiencing delays.

We are not charging any pennies for shipping. It is free service to worldwide so that you can experience better service quality with us,

Rambo Collection is not responsible for import duty tax imposed by your country

Rambo Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.

Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
